A lifelong resident of Mingo County and SWVCTC graduate, we are happy to officially welcome Jordan Gibson as Administrator of our Mingo facility.

We are proud to be the first in the region to offer in-house advanced wound care using AmchoPlast grafts, a breakthrough in regenerative medicine. Through our new partnership, a dedicated nurse practitioner provides specialized wound care treatment right at the bedside - helping residents heal faster, stay out of the hospital, and receive the care they deserve close to home.

Each year, National Skilled Nursing Care Week brings laughter, color, and joy to Trinity Healthcare facilities. This year, each day brought something new and exciting, reminding us of the strong community we've built together.
