How does it work?
You'll start by joining our team in a paid support position at Trinity Healthcare Services, allowing you to earn a paycheck while completing your training.
We pay for your state-approved nurse aide course and support you every step of the way. Once training and certification are complete, you may move into a CNA position, where you'll provide care to our residents.
What is the program?
We offer tuition-free CNA training that is state approved, taught by an experienced nurse educator in a hands-on, supportive learning environment that prepares you for the first step of your healthcare journey.
No prior healthcare experience is required. Training meets West Virginia Nurse Aide Training and Competency Evaluation Program (NATCEP) requirements.
Who can apply?
You must be 18 years of age or older to apply, be able to pass required background screenings, and be reliable, compassionate, and eager to learn!
