Residents Take the Lead in New Employee of the Month Program at Logan Facility

At Trinity Healthcare, we know that the voices of our residents matter most. That's why we're excited to introduce our new Employee of the Month program - one that puts the power of recognition directly into the hands of our residents.

Each month, during Resident Council, residents will nominate and vote for the staff member they feel has gone above and beyond in providing care, compassion, and service.

The winner will be awarded a certificate of appreciation presented by administration, a front row parking spot reserved for them all month, and their picture proudly displayed in the facility for everyone to see.

This exciting initiative not only celebrates the incredible work of our team but also ensures that those who experience their care firsthand - our residents- are the ones shining the spotlight.

September Winner: Desarai Hatfield, LPN

We are proud to announce that the very first winner of this resident-driven award is one of our nurses, Desarai Hatfield.

Desarai was chosen for her kindness, attentiveness, and compassion. The residents appreciate the way she listens and responds to their needs, making them respected and cared for.

"It means so much that this recognition comes from our residents. Desarai has earned their trust, and that is the highest honor any caregiver can receive," stated Jordan Gibson, Administrator.
